Brome & Oakley Village Hall is owned by Brome & Oakley Parish Council and managed by a volunteer group – the Brome & Oakley Village Hall Management Committee- who are trustees of Registered Charity no. 1091952. The committee is made up of three elected members, representatives of the main user organisations and co-opted members as required.

The management committee is responsible for maintaining the building, ensuring it is a safe, welcoming and comfortable space for its users. We maintain up-to-date equality and diversity, and safeguarding policies.

We also take our concern for the environment seriously. We re-use and recycle and there are glass and paper recycling facilities for the area in our car park.

Income is derived from hiring fees, occasional grants and regular and special fund-raising events. All the funds raised go towards building maintenance and repair/renovation.
